About Mr. Goal
In one sentence, what is Mr. Goal?
Mr. Goal is a service that helps you achieve your goals with constant reminders by email and SMS.
How does it work?
You can use Mr. Goal as a goal journal to keep track of the things you want to achieve. You tell us your mobile number (don't worry, we won't spam you) and we'll randomly text you with some of your goals throughout the day.
What kind of goals should I have?
This is a personal question, but we find Mr. Goal best suited for tasks that take a take time to complete and are done with constant effort. For example, losing weight or launching a side programming project.
When does Mr. Goal SMS me?
You'll get random text messages throughout the day between the hours of 8am and 6pm. We don't want to message you while you're sleeping, so we won't text you before 8am or after 6pm in your local time zone.
I'm outside the US. Can Mr. Goal SMS me?
Unfortunately, we currently support numbers only in the US. But don't worry -- support for international SMSes is coming soon.
